Montalvan Enterprises Inc. is an owner-operated construction management services business. With 40 years of hands-on experience, we have a sound understanding of the problems, solutions and communications needed to successfully manage construction projects.

MEI facilitates the execution of all of the trades related to various types of construction projects including: plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting, asphalt paving, window and siding work.

Homeowners Associations
During the past 21 years we have successfully completed numerous construction related projects for homeowners associations. In doing so, we have found that common interest developments need representation during any form of construction repairs. Board of Directors are often not available or do not have construction knowledge to engage in the daily supervision of construction projects.

How We Work
Our approach is to be a hands-on owner’s representative, who can typically accesses the locations where a defect or failure exists. We then coordinate with the appropriate specialist to derive the proper specifications for repair and perform follow-up inspections to verify that the proper execution and workmanship of contractors is carried out.
